- Refunds. Any refunds are subject to the terms of the offer you accepted. For Print + Digital subscriptions, when refunds are offered, you will receive a refund for issues that have not yet been delivered and that have not already been processed for fulfillment. If you cancel your account or Scholastic Magazines+ suspends or terminates your account for breach of these Terms of Service, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund for any unused time on a subscription, any subscription fees, any content or data associated with your account, or anything else.
- Pricing. Scholastic Magazines+ may change the price of any subscription following the end of a school year. Price adjustments reflect market changes and take effect with the next school year. As permitted by local law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the subscription after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the price changes, you have the right to reject the change by canceling your subscription within 30 days after you receive your first issue.
