Scholastic Magazines Digital Terms of Service
Only educators and school administrators can subscribe to Scholastic Magazines. Only paid subscribers, their students, and parents/guardians of those students are permitted to use the Scholastic Magazines digital resources and iPad app. Digital resources and the iPad app are components of paid Scholastic Magazine subscriptions with a minimum order of 10 copies. You, the user, are authorized to distribute digital access only to the number of students for whom you have purchased subscriptions. For example, if you purchase 30 student copies, you are authorized to distribute access to no more than 30 students. In addition, you are not permitted to share passwords, access codes, or any login information with other educators or non-subscribers. Educators, you must be registered as a teacher on www.scholastic.com to use the iPad app and distribute access to your students. In addition, you must first activate your digital resources through your magazine’s website and set up your classroom password in order to use the iPad app. For more information on registering and online activation, please visit our help page.

No extensions or refunds will be given for unforeseen technical difficulties or service outages during your trial period.
